Your privacy matters. This policy explains how we handle your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

We ask you to share only what is necessary. Please do not send detailed medical records or sensitive health information through the website form; bring these to your consultation instead.

3. Why we use it (purpose)

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule or confirm your appointment.
  • To contact you about your request by phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • To improve the website, where you have consented to analytics.

We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell your data.

4. Consent

We collect and use your personal data only with your consent, which you give by ticking the (un-pre-selected) consent box on the form. Your consent is specific to responding to your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to address your request and to meet any legal or medical record-keeping obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
  • Request correction, completion or updating of your data.
  • Request erasure of your data where it is no longer required.
  • Withdraw consent, and to nominate another person to exercise your rights.
  • Raise a grievance and, if unresolved, approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. How we protect your data

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to enquiry data is limited to the clinic team on a need-to-know basis. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information; in the unlikely event of a personal-data breach, we will act in accordance with the DPDP Act.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies are used to run the website. Any analytics or non-essential cookies load only with your consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Third parties

We may use trusted processors — for example, an email delivery service to receive your enquiry, a maps provider, and (with consent) an analytics provider. These processors handle data only on our instructions.
